There are several large malls you will definitely want to visit in Phoenix; such as the Biltmore Fashion Square, MetroCenter, and ParadiseValley all offer unique shopping experiences and stores. One of the most unusual places to shop is the Town and CountryPlaza. But each location has specialty shops and don’t forget the great food. I especially love the Cheesecake Factory at the Biltmore Fashion Square.
Arizona Mills is one of the largest high-end Outlet Malls in the country with Imax Theater which is a 6 story high screen for unique viewing experience.There are such shops as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom’s, Macys, and Sketchers to name a few.
Subdivisions throughout "The valley of the Sun" include many different styles of homes and different amenities. It really depends on the price range you want, the style of home and the lifestyle you want for your community. Do you want a gated community? A Golf course community in Phoenix?
